C3 Youth Ministry exists to partner with families in discipling their Middle and High School students to grow in their knowledge of God, equip them for serving Christ and for engaging culture with God’s truth. We do this through intentional youth programs and activities. We gather weekly for gospel-centered teaching, worship, activities, fellowship, and small group discipleship.

Want to serve?
If you are an adult who is pursuing Jesus and has a heart for students, we would love to have you join us! There are a variety of ways to get involved listed below.

Serve Opportunities
- C3Y SMALL GROUP LEADER: Small Groups play a vital part in our Wednesday Youth Group programs and we are looking for dedicated individuals who have a heart for students and feel called to pour into their lives in a direct way each week. Our Small Group Leaders act as mentors and shepherds to our students who, through small-group discipleship, are simply willing to intentionally “show up” for our students each Wednesday, share their stories, model a Gospel-centered life and walk with our students through their Middle and High School years. This is a weekly commitment during the school year.
- WEDNESDAY SERVE-TEAM: Wednesday Serve-Team volunteers serve for the first 30-45 minutes of Youth Group by helping to serve meals to our students on the food line OR helping at the check-in table – greeting students and helping them get checked-in. Serve-Team volunteers play an important role in making Youth Group a thriving experience and place for our youth. This is a monthly rotation.
- SUNDAY GOSPEL LIFE CLASS GROUP FACILITATOR: Youth Gospel Life Class Facilitators connect with our students during class, engage in and help facilitate class discussion, help monitor, and keep students focused and engaged and occasionally assist with certain activities as needed. Facilitators offer an important shepherding presence to the class discussions and engagement with the students. This is a monthly rotation.
