Empowering single women for a better life

HEALING. HOPE. RENEWAL.

At Fresh Hope, we seek to empower single women who are struggling to make changes in their lives to overcome their challenges, build resilience, and achieve their goals.

Since 2013, we’ve walked alongside single women, helping them make meaningful life changes and build a future they’re proud of. We believe no woman should face life’s challenges alone –and every success story is a testament to the power of faith, perseverance, and community. When a woman is empowered, she can transform her life, her family, and her future.

As a Christian faith-based program, we believe in the power of God’s love and guidance. We welcome all women, regardless of where they are in their faith journey. Our mission is to love, support, and empower—without conditions or expectations. Our doors are open to anyone seeking growth and change.

“He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

Philippians 1:6

At Fresh Hope, we believe every woman is a work in progress—fully seen, fully loved, and never forgotten by the One who began her story. We believe in the power of community and the strength that comes from knowing you’re not alone. We believe that true transformation happens when women are given the opportunity to grow mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and practically.

About Us

Who We Are and Our Purpose

As a ministry of His Helping Hands, we are passionate about demonstrating the love of Christ in tangible ways—serving as the hands and feet of Jesus in the lives of single women facing hardship. Our mission is to provide stability, guidance, and hope by empowering women to break free from the struggles holding them back and build a sustainable, fulfilling future.

Who We Help and Why It Matters

Our program is designed for women who feel stuck due to life’s hardships but have an inner determination to find a better path forward. We serve women who have an authentic, unforced longing for change and are ready to take the necessary steps toward lasting transformation. We believe real change happens when a woman receives not only encouragement, but also the tools and opportunities she needs to reach her full potential.

Why We’re Passionate About What We Do

We are passionate about helping single women break free from cycles of hardship and find hope again. We meet each woman where she is, take time to understand her unique challenges, and walk with her as she builds a new path—one that leads to healing, growth, and independence. Our goal is to empower women with support, resources, and practical tools that create real, lasting change.

Program Structure

Throughout the year, we offer three 4-month programs. Each 4-month program is set up to meet weekly on a Tuesday, with 2 different class times you can choose to attend- 1pm-3pm or 6pm-8pm.

There is no fee for this program. Free childcare is also available- however, transportation is the responsibility of the attendee.

Fresh Hope FAQs

Although we have many women coming from Domestic Violence (DV), Fresh Hope is not a DV Program. We have partnerships and resource connections to be able to get you to a DV Program if that is what you are looking for. Fresh Hope is a program for single woman overcoming obstacles in their life preventing them from living a thriving, successful life. We walk alongside you and give encouragement, resources and life skill classes to be able to achieve this

The Fresh Hope Program is 4 months long with weekly classes from 1-3 or 6-8 on Tuesdays. However, our mantra is “Once a Fresh Hope Woman, always a Fresh Hope Woman.” This means you can come visit anytime, ask for resources, schedule 1:1 meeting for encouragement, advice/venting sessions or sit in a class with the current wave for a refresher.

Our Hygiene Pantry is only offered to Fresh Hope Women! You are allowed to get 5 FREE hygiene products every 30 days. This is for current attendees and graduates of the Fresh Hope Program. Upon graduation, you must make an appointment by calling (316) 425-0675.
