Promotion Celebration: Lunch with the Leaders

Incoming Nursery – 5th Grade Students

A special pizza lunch to celebrate our incoming Kindergarten and advancing 3rd grade students, along with their families. This will be a special time for them to meet their new leaders and visit their new spaces!

This is a free event, but registration is required so we can have plenty of food and fun for everyone. We only need one registration per family. This is not a drop-off event – parents must attend!

Vacation Bible School: The Great Jungle Journey
June 3 – 7  •  9:00 am – 11:30 am

Incoming Kindergarten Students – 5th Grade Students

Every day, our kids are bombarded with questions: Did God really create everything? Why do bad things happen? Was Noah’s ark real? Why do I need to be saved? Can I trust the Bible? At The Great Jungle Journey, your kids will explore the biblical answers to these questions as they set off on an epic adventure from Genesis to Revelation.

VBS is for children entering Kindergarten through 5th grade in fall 2024. We will enjoy excellent Bible teaching, crafts, games, and snacks.

This is a FREE event, and walk-ins will be welcome. We have this year’s VBS T-shirts available for pre-sale at a cost of $15 each. The shirts will be available for pick-up on the first day of VBS at check-in.

Programming for early childhood will only be available for the children (preschool-age and younger) of our Serve Team. Sign up today to help out!

This is a FREE event, but we need many hands and feet to make it happen. If you are interested in serving on the VBS Serve Team, sign up today!

Pre-registration for childcare will end Thursday, May 30. If you need childcare for younger children in order to serve, a second registration link will be sent to you upon approval.

Thrill & Grill: Family Cookout

This fun event will include FUN, fellowship, water activities, jumpy jumps, and hotdogs!

A parent or guardian must attend, and registration is required. One registration per family is all that is needed. Registration ends on July 18 at noon.

4th & 5th Grade Overnight Camp
Friday, August 2 & Saturday, August 3  •  Wheat State Camp  •  Augusta, KS

Incoming 4th Grade Students & 5th Grade Students

This camp is for our incoming 4th & 5th grade students! We are going to Wheat State Camp on Santa Fe Lake Road just outside Augusta, Kansas. It is a great camp where we will dive deeper into God’s Word and grow closer in our walk with Him. We will eat and sleep while at camp with traditional s’mores at the campfire on Friday evening.

The cost is $100 per student with a $50 (non-refundable) deposit due at registration. Students must be registered by July 29 at noon. Space is limited. Final camp payments are due July 31!

Oasis Summer Bible Study

This is a youth hangout for students where we will spend time together building relationships, playing games, reading the Bible, and worshiping God together.

C3 Youth Family Cookout

Incoming 6th Grade Students – Graduating 12th Grade Students & Families

All youth students and their families are invited to join us as we kick off our summer C3 Youth activities! We will officially welcome our incoming 6th grade students into the C3 youth group! Bring the family for this fun evening of free food and games as we officially kick off summer!

This is a FREE event for all students entering 6th grade through graduating 12th grade and their families! The meat will be provided but we need your help with the rest.

C3 Youth Car Wash Fundraiser

Come and get your car sparkling and clean at our youth car wash fundraiser! The students will be raising money for their summer camp registration fees.

C3 Youth Water Wars

All youth students are invited to an intense competition of water games where they will leave it all out on the field and only one team will be declared champion! Wear t-shirts and shorts that can get wet and don’t forget to bring a towel.

Drop-off will be at C3 Youth Center. Pick-up will be at the pavilion.

C3 Youth Summer Camp
July 25 – 28  •  Sky Ranch  •  Cave Springs, OK

Incoming 6th Grade Students – Graduating Seniors

This year for our Youth Summer Camp we will be heading to Sky Ranch in Cave Springs, Oklahoma! Located in the foothills of Northeast Oklahoma, this 1400-acre facility holds all the adventure of camping, yet all the comforts of home. At this camp, students will have the opportunity to escape from the stress of everyday life, technology, and the distractions that the busyness of life brings so that they can focus on God and grow together as a student body of Christ. The week will include Biblical teaching and small groups, creative worship, and age-appropriate, community-building games and activities. Students will stay in climate-controlled bunkhouses and enjoy the week with friends and adult leaders. With activities such as swimming in the spring-fed lake with a blob and super slide, hiking, a zipline (additional $7), paintball (additional $12), prayer walk, campfires, basketball courts and more, students are sure to have a great week together growing in community and in their relationship with God in fun and dynamic ways.

Full cost is $289/student with $50.00 (non-refundable) deposit due at registration. Paintball ($12) & Zipline ($7) are optional additional activities. All other activities are included in the registration. From March 1 through April 30, we are offering a $30 early bird discount, making the cost $259. We plan to do a youth car wash on Saturday, June 22, where students could earn funds toward their trip. If the student plans to participate in the car wash, please only pay the deposit along with any activity fees. Registration closes on Wednesday, July 17.

C3 Youth Beach Party

The cost is free, and pizza will be provided. All students & adults in attendance must complete the CCC release waiver included in this registration.
