You can also call the HHH office (316) 838-8528 to start the process of making a request.
Fill Out An Assistance Form...
Either way, you will be asked to provide certain information on an “Assistance Form”. Once the Assistance Form has been completed we must check our inventory to determine if we can fill your request.
Make An Appointment...
Once we know we can fill your request, a HHH representative will call you to set up an appointment for you to pick up your items. This appointment MUST be scheduled in advance. Most appointments are made for a Saturday pick-up between 9 am and 11:30 am.
Pick Up Your Items...
At the appointed time to pick up your requested items, you must bring a vehicle large enough to handle the requested items. This may be a pickup truck, trailer, or large truck. Come to our warehouse at the time of the appointment. If tie-downs are needed, you must provide them. The safety of the items loaded onto your vehicle is your responsibility.
Our staff and volunteers will assist in loading the items being donated to you.
