To request assistance come to our offices at 1441 E. 37th St. North, to be interviewed and fill out a “Request Form.” The request may be started by telephone as well. Call (316) 838-8528 and provide the information as requested.
Some times our phone operators are busy with other calls and your call may go to our answering system. Just follow the prompts to leave your name and telephone number and someone will call you back as soon as possible.
Once a Request Form has been completed we must check our inventory to determine if we can fill your request.
Picking up items from our warehouse must be scheduled in advance. Calling to set up an appointment for you to come on Saturday is always the best way to receive service.
When your appointment comes, you must bring a vehicle large enough to load the items you will be receiving. We do not assist in tying down items on top of cars, nor do we advise that this be done.
Our staff and volunteers will assist in the loading of the donated items into your vehicle.
