His Helping Hands

His Helping Hands is a community service ministry of Central Christian Church to help those living in the Wichita and Sedgwick County areas who are facing insufferable hardships, such as victims of natural disasters, families living below the poverty line, or those families considered to be “at risk.”

HHH provides help to these families by distributing needed clothing, furniture, and other household items at no cost. By being the "Hands of Christ" in helping others, we show the love of Christ in a practical way, thus ministering both to the clients and the donors by helping people, help people.

*NOTE* The city of Wichita has started the project to widen 37th Street from North Broadway to North Hydraulic in order to add a third lane for turning.  The project will be completed in the spring of 2015.

During the project, there will be a one-way flow of traffic eastbound on 37th Street from Broadway to Hydraulic, which goes right by HHH.  So, in order to get to HHH, you will have to come across on 37th Street from the west.  When you leave HHH, you will have to go east on 37th Street toward Hydraulic St.
