Wow, when it comes to saying “I Do” to Christ, He certainly knows how to show up as the Groom! To the 140 ladies that attended this years retreat, I want to thank you for coming to our first Wichita location retreat. I know, from the evaluations, you were blessed and renewed. To the Coordinators team...you have blessed me, once again, with how well you can pull off such a special event and make it look easy. The Lord surely blesses this event each year and I wonder how it can ever get better, but it seems like it does year after year. To Lisa Buckingham, Tracey Hunt, Dianna Wilson, Cheri’s Bakery, Jenny VanEaton and Candice Evans who made our beautiful cakes, I would like to thank you from the bottom of heart for the hard work you put into them. They made beautiful centerpieces for our tables and the ladies who received them through door prizes were elated to get one! Julie Svymbersky-Braschler, thank you for teaching us how God’s covenant was with us from beginning to end, and how Jesus’ sacrifice sealed us as His Bride! To the many women who rededicated their lives and to the “one” that gave her life to Jesus and joined the family of believers, may God continue to grow you in the knowledge and wisdom of His Word. It has been my privilege to be a part of this year’s planning of the “I Do” theme, and to already be in the planning stages for 2012!
