Exhibitor's Application

Market Square is Central Sister’s big fundraiser for the year. It is our annual craft fair that brings over 90 exhibitors from across the country to our church for a day of displaying great homemade products.

We have approximately 1,800 customers come to shop at this event, and consider Market Square our biggest outreach each year.

Shoppers can browse the exhibitor booths, eat lunch by going through our serving line in the Cafe’ or relax in Mary and Martha’s Coffee Shop for a boxed lunch.

It takes over 100 volunteers to make this event happen.

The funds gained from this one-day event will help purchase needed equipment for the church, provide scholarship money for our annual retreat, defer costs for the retreat, provide monies for our special events, and meet many more needs for our women in the church.

This is a wonderful way for the women of Central to come together and work as a team. Many friendships are developed just be working with someone you didn’t know, hardly knew or wished you could get to know. Market Square is a great way to get plugged into the church and Central Sisters!

Market Square is always the third Saturday in October, from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. There is a $2.00 admission charge per person while children twelve and under are admitted free.

Hospitality - serving our exhibitors

Pastry Shoppe - help sell our homemade pies, cakes and goodies

Mary and Martha’s Coffee Shop - putting together boxed lunches, serving drinks, etc.

Cafe’ - cooking and serving

Central Sisters Booth - work in our women’s ministries booth, selling products we’ve made throughout the year

Admissions - take money as customers come in

Decorations - help decorate the stage for our Cafe’
seating area
