| The Unselfers • 9:00 am • Hospitality Suite |

|
Taught by George Wood • For adults of all ages |
| The stated purpose of the ministry of Jesus was to bring in the Kingdom of God and to prepare people to become citizens of this Kingdom. The Church, which is described in Scripture as His Body, is therefore committed to this purpose. But how are we to do this? There is the way the world builds kingdoms of various types, but is there a different way for the Church to go about bringing in the Kingdom of God? Jesus claimed to be “the way, the truth and the life” (John 14:6). Because He is “The Way”, He knows the way to bring in the Kingdom. We are studying the Gospel of Matthew to see the contrast between the world’s way and the way of Jesus. |

This course is designed to better equip us to share our faith and challenge us to become more intentional and aggressive with the message of Christ. We will deal with issues like why we should share, different approaches to the gospel, specific tools for presenting, tools to help answer objections, defenses for our faith designed specifically to help us lead people to Christ, and much more.

| Experiencing the Sixth Sense of Communication • 9:00 am • Room C6 |

|
Taught by Jerry Ungerecht • For anyone Interested |
| We communicate through the five senses; the sixth sense being the Holy Spirit, who encompasses all others and is an agent of change telling us to remove the five basic hindrances of culture, custom, tradition, prejudice and denominationalism from our lives enabling us to fulfill Jesus’ words in Luke 10:27, “Love God with all your heart...soul…mind and strength; and love your neighbor as yourself.” In doing so, we are transformed from carnal to spiritual people, leaving the old and experiencing new life in Christ becoming living witnesses for God. |
